By accessing and using iPrepBuddy, a service provided by Intelligent Med Prep, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

iPrepBuddy is an AI-powered exam preparation platform designed for medical professionals. We provide unlimited practice scenarios, instant AI feedback, and comprehensive preparation materials for various medical examinations including ST1 Ophthalmology Interview, FRCOphth Part 2 Oral Exam, and RCO OSCE.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of iPrepBuddy, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Payment and Subscriptions

One-Time Payment: iPrepBuddy offers lifetime access to modules for a one-time payment of £60 per module. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to materials, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. Please ensure you review module descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing for new purchases. Existing users will not be affected by pricing changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use iPrepBuddy to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through iPrepBuddy, including but not limited to scenarios, feedback algorithms, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Intelligent Med Prep or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

7. AI-Generated Content

iPrepBuddy uses artificial intelligence, including large language models from OpenAI and Google, to provide feedback and simulate exam scenarios. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be used as a study aid and not as a substitute for professional medical advice or official exam guidance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

iPrepBuddy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected
• Use of the service will guarantee exam success

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelligent Med Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the service

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to iPrepBuddy at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms of Service on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of iPrepBuddy after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law
